For Schools

Inclusive education that works — for all learners

The SAND Project partners with schools to deliver high-quality inclusive education that supports learners with SEND and those at risk of disengagement.

Our expertise lies in practical, person-centred pedagogy that prepares young people for adulthood — and can be applied within mainstream as well as specialist settings.

SEND Expertise & Inclusive Pedagogy

SAND has extensive experience supporting learners who:

  • Have EHCPs or additional needs

  • Are neurodivergent

  • Experience anxiety, disengagement, or barriers to learning

While not qualification-focused by default, we are highly skilled at embedding National Curriculum objectives where appropriate, ensuring learning remains rigorous, purposeful, and accessible.

Our work translates curriculum intent into meaningful learning — without lowering expectations.

What We Do

Leaders in Inclusive Education

SAND is recognised for designing learning that prevents barriers rather than reacting to them, demonstrating that inclusion, academic intent, and adult outcomes can coexist.
