Skills for Employment and Enterprise
Pathways are led by skilled facilitators and focus on the skills needed for adult work and enterprise.
• Trainees usually take three pathways per term
• Pathways run for a full term
• Some trainees specialise and continue a pathway
• Others explore different pathways to broaden experience
• New trainees are encouraged to try a range of pathways initially
Learning is based on Job Profiles from the National Careers Service, helping trainees understand real roles and expectations.
Some pathways include opportunities to work towards Level 1 or Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene qualifications.
Pathways are reviewed and updated regularly to reflect trainee interests and opportunities.
